2. What is not included in the program?
To keep our program clear and transparent, the following expenses are not included in the course fee:
❌ International and Domestic Flights: All airfare and other travel costs to and from Nepal
❌ Nepal Visa Fees: Visa application, extension and related immigration expenses
❌ Travel and Health Insurance: Students are strongly encouraged to arrange suitable insurance before travelling
❌ Laundry Services: Laundry is not included; however, the school can arrange an affordable local service, usually starting from approximately $1, depending on the quantity
❌ Personal Expenses: Shopping, souvenirs, personal purchases and activities outside the scheduled program
❌ Private Transportation: Taxi or other transportation costs for personal trips outside the school
❌ Extra Food and Drinks: Meals, snacks and beverages purchased outside the scheduled meal plan
❌ Special Dietary Products: Supplements, imported foods and highly specialized dietary products are not included. Please inform the school in advance about any allergies or intolerances so reasonable meal adjustments can be arranged
❌ Medical and Hospital Expenses: Basic first aid and general assistance are available at the school; however, external doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, medication, ambulance services, hospitalization and other medical expenses must be paid by the student or covered by personal insurance
❌ Sightseeing Entrance Fees: Admission charges for temples, stupas, monuments, museums and other attractions visited during excursions
❌ Private Guide Fees: The cost of hiring a personal guide for independent hiking or sightseeing
❌ Optional Therapies and Courses: Additional wellness treatments, certification courses or activities not specifically listed under What Is Included
❌ Unlisted Services: Any service, product or activity not expressly mentioned under What Is Included

How Can i pay for The course ?
We accept several convenient payment methods:
✅ Cash payment in USD or Nepalese rupees
✅ Credit or debit card
✅ Online bank transferA 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. As the program is conducted residentially at Jungle Mahal Wellness Resort, this advance allows us to reserve your room and complete all necessary arrangements for your stay and training.
The remaining 50% can be paid upon arrival at the school.

What is your Booking and Cancellation Policy?
Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable, as transferring funds internationally from Nepal can be difficult and may involve banking restrictions and additional charges.
However, your payment will not be lost. If you are unable to attend your chosen course, you may:
✅ Transfer your booking to another available date
✅ Use the paid amount as credit toward another program offered by our schoolDate changes and program transfers are subject to availability. If the newly selected program has a higher fee, the remaining difference must be paid by the student.

What should I bring with me to the school?
✅ Yoga Clothing: Comfortable yoga attire that suits both you and others.
✅ Yoga Mat: We provide all necessary yoga props, including yoga mats. If you prefer, you can bring your own personal yoga mat.
✅ Water Bottle and Towel: A reusable water bottle and hand towel for yoga practice.
✅ Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Check the weather forecast for Kathmandu before coming and pack accordingly.
✅ Medication: If you are on regular medication or specific medical supplements, please bring them with you.
✅ Health Needs: In case of hospitalization for a serious health issue, you will be responsible for the hospital charges.

Do i need to bring my own yoga props?
No, we provide yoga props, including mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.

What Should I Do If I Have a Medical Concern During My Stay?
Your safety and wellbeing are important to us. For minor conditions requiring basic first aid, the school will provide appropriate assistance.
If you require a doctor, medical tests, emergency treatment or hospitalization, our team will help arrange transportation, hospital admission and any necessary local coordination. However, all external medical expenses—including consultation fees, medication, tests, ambulance services and hospital charges—must be paid by the student.
We strongly recommend that every participant obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before arriving in Nepal.
