✅ Enervation and Vitality: Understand enervation as the traditional Nature Cure concept of reduced vitality caused by factors such as overwork, inadequate rest, stress and unsuitable lifestyle habits. Learn to examine this concept alongside contemporary health understanding without presenting it as the universal medical cause of disease.

✅ Detoxification and Natural Elimination: Study the body’s natural processes of digestion, respiration, circulation and elimination. Explore supportive routines involving hydration, appropriate nutrition, movement, rest and healthy daily habits without making exaggerated “detox” claims.
