The Building Blocks of Sound Healing for your sound healing training in Nepal, focus on essential preliminary practices that establish the foundation for effective sound healing. You will learn the significance of intent (Sankalpa), which directs the healing process with purpose, humility (Vinaya), which encourages openness and receptivity, and listening skills (Sravanam), which help participants to focus on the sound for deep relaxation and silence.
