Traditional Sanskrit vinyasa counting to understand the correct coordination of breath and movement.

Sun Salutations A and B to warm and prepare the body for deeper practice.

Standing, seated, finishing, and closing sequences taught in their traditional order.

Safe transitions and vinyasas to create continuity, rhythm, and stability throughout the series.

Modifications and use of props to make the practice accessible to different bodies, abilities, and experience levels.
