Sound, Mind & the Art of Silencing the Mind

“Sound is our guide, and silence is our destination.”-Yogesh Pokhrel

At the heart of our sound-healing approach is the understanding that sound does not heal the body by itself, nor does the healer directly heal another person., Our body Heel itself, we just need to create the healing environment. The role of the practitioner is to create a supportive environment in which the body relaxes, the breath becomes quiet, and the activity of the mind gradually settles. As the mind moves toward deeper stillness, the individual is given space for the body's natural restorative processes to unfold. Through ancient yogic concepts, sound meditation and our teachers’ experiential approach, you will learn how to guide this progressive journey from body to breath, from breath to mind, and from sound of singing bowls  into silence.
