- Brainwaves, Nervous System & Psychophysiology
Explore the relationship between sound, brain activity, the autonomic nervous system, stress physiology and states of consciousness. This module helps students understand how the brain and body respond to sound and vibration, how relaxation develops physiologically, and how singing bowls can be incorporated responsibly into practices designed to support relaxation, emotional regulation, meditation, sleep and general well-being. Students also learn to distinguish between traditional therapeutic concepts, proposed mechanisms and effects currently supported by scientific evidence.
