- Himalayn style of Sound Healing
Himalayan Style of Sound Healing is rooted in the ancient Vedic and yogic traditions of Nepal and works systematically with the seven-chakra system. The practice begins by creating a supportive healing environment and progressively relaxing the entire body. Through carefully applied singing-bowl sounds, vibrations, breathing and body awareness, attention is guided inward and mental activity gradually settles, creating the conditions for deep relaxation, inner stillness and meditative awareness.
From this deeply relaxed state, the practice progresses into chakra-focused sound work, using specific bowls, placements and playing techniques for the traditional processes of chakra activation, cleansing, balancing and harmonization. The practice then moves toward deeper relaxation and brainwave-focused sound techniques before concluding with silence, grounding and closing rituals. The overall purpose is to bring the body, breath, mind and subtle-energy system into greater harmony and inner silence.
