Tibetan Style of Sound Healing

Tibetan style of sound healing is a unique and ancient method rooted in Tibetan Buddhist traditions. In this technique Singing bowls are placed in specific geometrical patterns around the body, forming a yantra — a sacred diagram that serves as a portal of energy. When these bowls are played, they create precise vibratory effects on the chakras, gently awakening and activating each energy center. As the chakras open and align, the body is guided into a deep, profound state of relaxation. But the journey doesn't end there. This activation naturally leads to something greater: the balancing of the five elements within the body — earth, wind, fire, water, and space. When these elements return to harmony, the entire system — body, mind, and energy — is brought back into perfect equilibrium.
